A booking made on this website, is a booking made directly with Capt Luke Kelly. Bookings follow a first come first serve basis.
Left to the captain's discretion, any unforeseen events (i.e., unsafe weather conditions) eliminating the chance for charter will result in a full refund of affected deposit.
Weather Policy
I understand my customers travel long distances to fish these waters, and I'm here to take em fishing even when things aren't great. However, safety is my first priority and sometimes that call has to be made. As a courtesy, I monitor weather forecasts daily and strive to give advance warning of any major weather events hindering chance of charter days in advance.
In the event un-fishable weather conditions keep us from leaving the dock, rest knowing your deposit is safe. Either apply it to a future trip, or receive 100% refunded back to you that day.
